ShopClerk was founded in 2017 to help independent ecommerce companies (compared to Amazon, Target, Walmart and the like) grow and be successful. Long-term, we’re creating a turnkey way for stores to add voice shopping and customer service capabilities. People are starting to use voice assistants for product research, purchasing, and customer service, but today, that’s only available with long and expensive custom software development.
Today, ShopClerk offers a comprehensive package tracking solution for Shopify stores that gives store owners a way to create customer loyalty with a premium package tracking solution and actionable information on their shipments in order to provide better customer service. Store customers get tracking updates by email and can ask Alexa as well. The store owner can put ad content or other messaging into the tracking emails and the tracking web page to offer complimentary products or promotions. ShopClerk also alerts store owners when any of their shipments have a problem.
In the future, in addition to making ShopClerk package tracking even better, we’ll create additional tools for shop owners to grow and be successful, whether that’s helping them sell more, providing better customer service, or running their stores more efficiently.
